An official transcript is a copy of a student’s permanent academic record issued by the college Registrar. It displays all courses taken, grades received, and degrees or certificates awarded at Gila Community College. Gila Community College partners with Parchment to provide a convenient web-based method for students and alumni to request an official transcript.

Accessing Your Unofficial Transcript from Gila Community College - Free
Unofficial transcripts are available for students to access their academic record. They can also be used for scholarship applications and preliminary advising appointments.

Official transcript – Official transcripts are issued directly by the school’s registrar in a sealed envelope or secure electronic system. An official is typically used when you are transferring your credits to another institution or employer. There is a fee associated with ordering an official transcript.
Unofficial transcripts – Unofficial transcript is a copy of your academic record that you can access yourself. There is no cost. Unofficial transcripts are used for student's personal use, most scholarship application, and preliminary advising appointments.
A fee will be charged for each official transcript ordered. You will be required to provide your student ID, or social security number.
